Studio Shop F.A.Q.
Where is KPC located?
KPC and its creator, Kat Phul, are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
What are the shipping options, and how long does shipping take?
All orders ship from Alberta, Canada.
Standard shipping within Canada typically takes about 2–3 business days within Alberta and 3–7 business days to other provinces, depending on distance and carrier.
I primarily ship within the country through Canada Post, but may also use UPS, Purolator, or FedEx depending on size, speed, and destination.
Expedited and express options, such as Xpresspost, UPS Express, or Purolator Express, are available for faster delivery, usually within 1–2 business days between major cities.
International orders are sent via Canada Post or UPS Worldwide services and generally arrive within 4–10 business days, depending on customs processing.
All orders include tracking, and original artworks are packed carefully with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to weather, distance, or carrier delays.
What are “originals” and why can’t I buy them directly from the Studio Shop?
Original works are one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted pieces created directly by me.
Unlike prints or reproductions, they exist only once.
Because each original represents many hours of artistic labour, high-quality materials, and deep personal meaning, its value is significantly higher than that of prints.
These pieces typically range into the hundreds to thousands of dollars and are sold only through direct consultation.
This allows me to discuss details such as size, shipping, insurance, and safe handling to ensure the artwork finds the right home.
If you’re interested in purchasing an original, please contact me directly so we can talk about your needs, available works, and pricing.

What are you planning on selling in the future?
I’m gradually expanding my shop to offer a broader range of art-inspired items!
In addition to original artwork and prints, I plan to introduce prints, magnets, stickers, giclée reproductions, keychains, tote bags, digital colouring pages, and other creative products featuring my designs.
Each item will be made with the same care and attention to detail as my original art pieces, whether you’re looking for a small keepsake or a statement piece for your home.
My goal is to make my art accessible in many forms, so everyone can find something they love, at a scale and price that suits them.
What is your return and refund policy?
I want every customer to feel happy with their purchase.
For physical items, I offer full refunds on orders cancelled before they ship.
Once an order has shipped, I’m happy to issue a refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or go missing in transit.
If you decide to return a physical item for another reason, I’ll honour a refund once it’s safely returned to me in its original, undamaged condition.
Digital downloads are non-refundable, as they’re delivered instantly.
Original works of art are final sale, except in exceptional circumstances, which can be discussed directly.
My goal is to handle every situation with fairness and understanding. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Stripe uses advanced encryption to keep your information safe and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
For original works of art, purchases are handled individually—these pieces cannot be bought directly through my website. Instead, I will send an invoice once we’ve discussed the details, and payment can be made safely through Stripe using the provided link.
At this time, I don’t accept e-transfers, cash, or checks.
What is the “tip” jar?
The tip jar is a simple way to support my work directly—but only if you’d like to!
It allows you to “tip” me in small monetary amounts as a gesture of appreciation for my art, videos, or creative projects.
Tips are never expected but always deeply appreciated as they help cover materials, studio costs, and the time I spend creating new work to share with you.
How can I contact you?
My email is listed at the bottom of every page of this website. But if that’s not easy enough for you, I’ve put a handy button below so you can email me directly.
